85 bed skilled nursing care facility offering private or semi private rooms. Medicare, medicaid, private pay or insurance accepted. We offer short-term rehab respite and extended care services. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy available. Nutritious home style cooked meals offered three times daily with snacks offered routinely. On site beauty or barber shop, laundry and housekeeping services. Hospice care available if needed. Religious services offered several times weekly. Attached to Fountain View Care Center, Wolverton Glen is a class “C” community based residential facility. We offer 20 private rooms that include a private bathroom and shower. You have your choice of 3 different room sizes and rates. All offer your own heat and air conditioning controls, cable TV, microwave, refrigerator and adjustable bed. Enjoy yourself in our beautiful large four seasons room complete with heat and air conditioning. Three home cooked meals offered daily, free meal offered with tour. Beauty / Barber shop on site.
