Located on Madison's beautiful east-side Oak Park Place offers a quiet neighborhood setting.  This beautiful community opened in June 2006 so the entire site is brand new and beautiful.  The Skilled Nursing Center offers private and semi-private rooms.  Featured skilled nursing areas include Ortho/Rehab, Memory Care (secured) and long-term care.  Oak Park Place's Assisted Living world offers 66 private apartments w/10 floor plans (studio, 1 and 2 BR); 34 of the apartments are devoted to Memory Care (introductory stages) and 32 apartments are dedicated to residents requiring assistance with activities of daily living.  An additional Assisted Living building will open this fall and double the number of A/L apartments available at Oak Park Place.  The Arbors at Oak Park Place is the Independent Living component of the campus.  It offers 82 spacious apartment-homes for 55+ residents.  Beautifully appointed apartments and a unique amenities package create a lovely and inviting atmosphere for retirement living.
