The Health Center at Standifer Place is a unique, comprehensive facility. From Independent Living, to Assisted Living, to compassionate Hospice care, HCSP provides options for successive stages of life and changing levels of ability. Residents have convenient access to services on the journey from complete independence to assisted living to long-term care, all on one campus. Services include Alzheimer's care in a secured environment, on-site medical services, falls and wound prevention programs, therapeutic recreation and activities, and a respiratory therapy program. The rehabilitation department provides extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy. A multi-tiered staff of professionals provides medical care. Licensed Physicians & Physician Assistants are available on a full-time basis. RN's, assisted by LPN's and CNA's are scheduled on all shifts.
