The Extended Care Center is a dedicated sub-acute rehabilitation program, bridging the gap between an acute hospital stay and home. Our unit features rooms, which combine a pleasant environment with the latest in aggressive, sub-acute rehabilitative and medical care. Our rehabilitation program and medical treatment plans focus on returning the patient to home as soon as possible and is measured by our objective outcome measurements, which evaluate a variety of variables, including length of stay and patient satisfaction.

Our Memory Impaired Unit is a designated special care unit for Alzheimer’s and Dementia. A specially designed program in a supervised wing is offered for those seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory impairment.
