The Village Courtyards Assisted Living community focuses on enabling our residents to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of independent living with an emphasis on the changing needs of each individual. Our custom and tailored personal care services focus sharply on the preservation of wellness, independence and quality of life. While designed for older adults who want to remain as independent as possible, we can help with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing and medication.

The Village Care Center offers comprehensive short-term care for medically complex patients following a hospital stay. Our goal is to improve the transition from hospital to home with our innovative clinical outcome measurement system that allows us to manage, measure and demonstrate our performance assisting our interdisciplinary team to focus on individual needs and goals. For those who are not able to return home, The Village Care Center provides an optimal level of independence within a caring, respectful environment for those needing 24-hour nursing care.

Amenities and Services

  • Kensington Place's monthly fee includes: Breakfast - everyday a different hot feature, gourmet dinner - up to 10 main entree choices, planned social events & activities, utilities (heating, water, sewer, electric, cable service), housekeeping, linen service, SeniorFit personalized fitness program, 24-hour emergency response, handyman service, transportation, weekly Wellness clinic, security, Chapel and chaplaincy support services and much more . . .
  • The Village Courtyards Assisted Living monthly fee includes: 24-hour nursing care, medication monitoring, three-well balanced meals and snacks, 24-hour emergency response, Wellness Clinic, social and recreational programs, housekeeping, linen and personal laundry services, secured memory care unit, Chapel and chaplaincy support services.
  • The Village Care Center's monthly fee includes 24-hour nursing care, three well-balanced meals, recreation and activity events, daily housekeeping, linen and person laundry services, dedicated post-hospitalization and rehabilitation unit, secured memory care unit, private and semiprivate suites available, hospice care, physical, occupational and speech therapy services are available along with our Chapel and chaplaincy support services.
