Meadowbrook Care Center is a 156 bed skilled and intermediate 24 hour nursing facility. Meadowbrook has been serving the Northeast Cincinnati area for over 25 years, and is recognized as a progressive, compassionate community partner.
Conveniently located in the desirable neighborhood of Montgomery, Meadowbrook is situated in a park-like setting, surrounded by nature. The building was completely renovated in 2004 and features natural light, plants and full views of grounds.
The facility has been able to recruit and RETAIN the best, most highly-credentialed staff, who are not only exceptional clinicians; they are friendly, compassionate care-givers. We feature short term rehabilitation, and long term residential care. Meadowbrook is known for its resident programs that bring the community into the home: schools, churches, civic groups, a volunteer “army”, animals and children. Residents receive restaurant-style dining with select menus. Families are given ample opportunities to participate in care planning and in social activities.
