Established in 1984, Cottingham Retirement community is locally owned by Deaconess Long-Term Care, Inc., a not-for-profit organization. This strong financial backing ensures our residents security for years to come. We offer 4 levels of care – all under one roof – Independent, Assisted Living, Healthcare and a secure Dementia area. We offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Cottingham has a Resident Manager living on the premises and for your safety, we have 24-hour emergency call system in each apartment and electronically monitored premised with a night guard. We offer attractive dining rooms with home-style cooking (special diets can be accommodated). Free housekeeping services and free laundry facilities on each floor. We offer a wide range of activities and outings for our residents with a full-time program director for each level of living. We are also pet friendly. We are a smoke-free community.
