Garden Terrace is is a private, 34-bed family owned and operated skilled nursing facility nestled in the small, historical community of Chatham. We offer all of the comprehensive services of a larger facility while maintaining the warm, intimate setting of a small home or “bed and breakfast”.

Residents participate in a variety of therapeutic and simulating activities designed specifically for their individual needs. Residents are also invited to participate in the program at Victorian Garden Adult Day Center as an additional daily activity if they so choose.

Garden Terrace offers short term, respite and long term needs along with a full range of therapy services, many of which are covered under a resident’s Medicare benefit.
