Elmwood Care is a 245 bed skilled nursing facility offering a variety of quality, healthcare services. While at Elmwood Care, you will receive a complete course of treatment provided by our licensed and certified professional staff. Our rehabilitation programs include ventilator/respiratory care services, in-house hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Elwmood Care provides programs specific to orthopedic recovery, wound care, cardiac rehabilitation, bariatric care, and Alzheimers/Dementia care. Our home is approved for Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans, and private insurances.
During your stay at Elmwood Care, the staff will also initiate training for independence in self-care and activities of daily living. At Elmwood Care we will provide you with the intensive therapy necessary to help you recover. Our rehabilitation services are designed to increase your independence and help get you back home or to your highest level of functioning - quickly and safely.
