The Ivy Apartments, nestled in the heart of the Lincoln Park/DePaul University area, provides both independent & supportive living options for its residents. Our 24 hour supportive living staff provides personal care assistance with activities of daily living for our seniors, in the privacy of their own spacious studio apartment. Each apartment features full kitchen & bath areas, large closets, and an emergency response system. An on-site multidisciplinary healthcare team of varying specialties is available to maintain our residents’ continuum of health care needs. Additional amenities provided by the Ivy community include: three daily meals served in a restaurant-style setting, housekeeping services, transportation, an on-site beauty shop, and a broad range of cultural, spiritual, and physical activities to nourish each Ivy resident’s soul. The Ivy Apartments accepts private payment, Medicaid, and most Long Term Care insurance policies.
