Bridgeview Health Care Center is a 146 bed skilled and intermediate nursing facility which has been serving Bridgeview and the surrounding communities for over 35 years. The facility has a dedicated special care unit for individuals who have Alzheimer’s or other related dementias.
Bridgeview has an excellent therapy department providing physical, occupational and speech therapy. The therapists will match the goals to the individual, whether it’s to return home or to achieve the highest level of functioning. The therapy department offers specialized wound care and lymph edema treatments.
Bridgeview Health Care Center is unique in the fact that it has staff in all departments who have been employed for over 20 years. This is a benefit for the residents and families in offering the comfort of continuity of care during their stay. The Activity Department offers many specialized programs both within the facility and on community outings to many recreational and educational points of interest. The facility has a great fenced in yard and patio for visiting in the warm weather. In addition, from May until November there are BBQs on the patio every other week. As you enter the building, you are greeted by the resident dogs, Bailey and Bella, who are generally enjoyed by both residents and families.

Bridgeview Health Care Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. In addition, the facility will accept someone who is public aid pending and private pay.
