South Port Square has 426 individual apartments located in the two residential buildings known as Gables West and Gables East. The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments range in size from 600 square feet to 1540 square feet. All residences are connected by covered walkways to South Port Square’s Village. Additional community conveniences include restaurant-style dining, housekeeping, maintenance, and transportation. Plus with Harbour Health Systems located conveniently on campus, residents have priority access to home health, assisted living at Harbour Terrace, memory care at The Gardens and skilled nursing, rehabilitation and long-term care at Harbour Health Center.
Harbour Terrace is a full-service Assisted Living residence. Residents receive varying levels of assistance each day, which for some, may consist of nothing more than a daily wellness check. Others may require assistance with ambulation, grooming, bathing or management of medications. In addition, when needed, Harbour Terrace can be an ideal living situation for couples. If one spouse needs some assistance and the other does not, they can enjoy their independence, while at the same time utilizing Harbour Terrace’s available medical support.
The Harbour Health Center is a full service, 120 bed skilled care center offering physical, speech and occupational therapy plus comprehensive rehabilitative services. This state of the art Health Care Center will take care of you whether it may be for short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled care.
