Marlborough Health Care Center (MHCC) is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing facility located in a beautiful country setting in Marlborough, CT just minutes from Glastonbury off Route 2. MHCC has been a part of the community for over 30 years and is well known for its commitment to the highest level of care, a focus on customer service and providing a nurturing environment for both patients and families. Their qualified health care team, along with their newly renovated short term rehabilitation unit, provide skilled nursing, medical and rehabilitative care for all their patients.
MHCC recently completed an addition and renovation project which consists of a new 1,500 sq ft Rehabilitation GYM and distinct short term "PASSPORT" Rehabilitation" unit. This unit houses the specialized rehabilitation program and its short term patients. The Rehabilitation team dedicates all their skills and knowledge to a single focused objective: improving each patient's functional abilities through intensive individual therapeutic services.
MHCC has also recently implemented their "PASSPORT" Program, a customer service program based on the philosophy that education and communication for the patient and family is an integral part of their treatment and subsequent recovery.
