Located in a rural country setting, just off of Route 189, less than a mile from the town Green, and minutes from West Hartford, Simsbury, and Windsor’s town line. Our short term rehabilitation program offers intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The focus is to assist in recovery so we can send our patients home! Rehabilitation services include recovery programs for total knee replacement, fractured hip, stroke, and cardiac event (such as heart attack or bypass surgery).

Our long term care program offers a full compliment of services when a person is no longer able to manage at home. We provide 24 hour skilled nursing services, and assistance with all activities of daily living such as: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, bathing, toileting and dressing and a full compliment of recreation programs. Long term residents are also evaluated and can benefit from our rehabilitation program to maximize their independence within the facility.
